aml Communications, formerly known as OdishaLIVE, had the privilege of playing a supportive role in amplification of one of the flagship agricultural conclaves organised by Odisha Government called The Krushi Odisha 2024. Held at Janata Maidan, Bhubaneswar, the three-day event brought together more than 12,000 farmers, over 7,500 Women SHG members, policymakers, agri-entrepreneurs, researchers, and institutions to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and women’s leadership in agriculture.
aml Communications contributed to amplifying the reach and impact of the event through a wide range of integrated communication activities. The assignment included conceptualising and producing the official launch video, thematic session videos, end-to-end event documentation, and creative storytelling content that highlighted the spirit and objectives of Krushi Odisha 2024. The agency also curated the music and produced the official theme song video for the conclave, adding a cultural and emotional identity to the event. Through meaningful visuals, regional storytelling, and culturally rooted music, the theme song served as a creative archive of the event, capturing the voice of farmers, women entrepreneurs, and rural communities while reflecting Odisha’s journey towards sustainable and modern agriculture.
With more than 300 exhibition stalls, 17 knowledge sessions, and participation from leading institutions such as ICRISAT, IRRI, and ICAR-NRRI, the event generated extensive engagement and discussions around smart farming, women empowerment, climate-resilient agriculture, market linkage, and agri-business development. aml worked closely with the Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment to document these diverse activities in a meaningful and accessible manner.
One of the key deliverables was the design and development of the official Post Show Report, featuring curated content, photography, and layout prepared by the agency for long-term documentation and stakeholder reference.
Executing communication for a large-scale government event like Krushi Odisha 2024 was a valuable learning experience for aml Communications. The project strengthened the agency’s understanding of public communication, stakeholder coordination, cultural storytelling, and impactful documentation for development-focused initiatives.
